Oh bugger.

I don't normally discuss politics in the blog, and rarely my personal life outside of gaming, but...

The wrong choice was made I believe.  We've diminished ourselves and European harmony by this act.

Those who agreed to this and voted out are entitled to their opinions, but I really don't want to hear them at this point; as we go blindly down this road I just want it to be clear I didn't choose it...

  1. I whole heartedly agree. A very sad day 😢

  2. I sympathize. Over here we are gazing into the abyss that is Donald Trump. I have been assuming that the American electorate will consign him to the humiliating defeat he so richly deserves, but as they say, never assume...

    Best regards,

    Chris Johnson

  3. Agree, very sad. As a Scotsman I voted to keep the union during our referendum, now I feel let down by the union I wanted to keep.
But we must carry on, whether or not we voted for it.

  4. This is how democracy works I'm afraid. I have to admit that I'm not a big fan of how the EU works at the moment and I don't think Britain had enough of a political voice to enact any real change within the organisation. Having said that I'm not sure that leaving is such a great idea either.

Brexit, like Donald Trump, is a product of the times. At lot of people, IMHO, are disillusioned with the current state of politics both inside the EU and in the USA.
